Program designed specifically for the high school male athlete
to compliment what they are already working on through school or club sport.
Emphasis is on flexibility, lifting form and technique, speed and explosiveness as these skills have been proven to be extremely crucial to playing football, rugby, lacrosse or soccer at the collegiate level.
