Our new Crossfit classes begin Monday January 7, 2008.

We also have various times available to fit the busiest schedule!

There will be no classes from Dec 24, 2007 through Jan 1, 2008. We will be open and have posted workouts here!

We had a great time in SoCal! The Crossfit Certification was awesome!
Coach Glassman, Nicole, Dave, Andy, Kelly, and all the rest of the trainers were amazing!
Many thanks to everyone at Crossfit. They really crammed an immense amount of information into two days.

We came back and started implementing the new skills and techniques.


Saturday, we had a Texas affiliate gathering at Crossfit Central. We met many of the other affiliates in Texas. What a great group of people.

Robin and I are in Orange County.
We are reading all the Crossfit Journals and
getting ready for our Crossfit Cert this Saturday and Sunday.

We are also taking a break to have some fun here at The
Huntington Beach Pier.

We had a great Christmas party here at Tillman.

The ladies spent the morning at the spa getting pampered, while the boys
ran out to Texas Paintball and crawled around in the dirt!

Great fun!

That evening we all met up for dinner.

Everyone seemed to have a great time.
